Practicing Self Devotion
Self-Devotion
A free 7-day practice in returning to yourself.
Seven days of simple somatic practices to help you come back to your body, tend your nervous system, and make a little more room for pleasure.
Self-devotion doesn't have to be elaborate.
It can be five minutes outside. A song that brings you back into your body. Moving in the way your body actually wants to move. Noticing what feels like a no. Following the smallest thread of ease, relief, curiosity, or pleasure.
For seven days, we'll explore safe, doable ways to be with your body through:
Resource · Movement · Reflection · Resonance
We're not trying to feel good all the time or force the nervous system into pleasure.
We're practicing noticing where a little more presence, safety, choice, or goodness is already available, and giving ourselves permission to experience it.
Because pleasure can be small.
A deep breath. Warm sun. Rest. Relief. A movement that feels good. A moment when your shoulders drop.
The practice isn't to feel good all the time. It's to become more available to yourself.
