In this space, feeling is a form of freedom.
Together, we practice turning your attention back toward yourself—so your body becomes a source of wisdom, pleasure, resilience, and self-trust.
You deserve a life rooted in deep joy, love, abundance, and pleasure, drawn from the fullness of who you are.
Here, we build the capacity to move through life's challenges with greater ease. We reclaim the right to ask for what we need. We learn that it's safe to open because our boundaries are grounded in our own inner knowing.
You are meant to experience your wholeness.
To know how delicious it is to be fully yourself.
I'd be honored to support you on that journey.

About Me
I'm Salyna Cole—a somatic practitioner, speaker, movement teacher, and mother devoted to helping women return to themselves.
Feeling Yourself grew from my own journey of reclaiming my body, not as something to fix or overcome, but as a place of wisdom, pleasure, power, and belonging.
Through a lifetime of studying somatics, movement, relationships, and liberation, I've come to believe that healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about cultivating the capacity to feel, trust, and express the fullness of who you already are.
My work honors the tidal nature of healing. We move through seasons of expansion and contraction, action and rest, opening and integration—always returning to the wisdom of the body. Rather than forcing change, we learn to trust the rhythm of our own becoming.
My work supports women who want to reconnect with their body's truth. Whether you're learning to self-soothe, rebuild trust after relational pain, reclaim your sensual aliveness, or simply feel more at home in your own skin, I'll meet you where you are—with curiosity, care, and deep respect for your body's pace.
At the heart of my work are a few simple beliefs:
Healing is the practice of welcoming home the parts of ourselves we've had to leave behind.
Pleasure is not something we earn. It's a way our bodies remember aliveness.
Love begins with the relationship we cultivate with ourselves.
Our bodies already carry deep wisdom. The work is learning how to listen.
This work began as a promise to myself, to my children, and to the future: if we're going to do healing work, let it create more freedom and joy—not simply help us survive what came before.
I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you learn what it feels like to come home to yourself.
Feeling Yourself
Come home to your body, your rhythm, and the power of your resourced self.
Feeling Yourself is the practice of returning to yourself so you can reclaim your aliveness.
A somatic practice for women who want to feel more at home in their bodies, trust themselves deeply, and cultivate lives rooted in pleasure, power, and self-devotion.
This is where love, sensual power, and nervous system repair meet.
